Before sending anything back, email support@sundryfolio.com with your order number for return instructions and the return address.
Return eligibility
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Opened personal care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. Defects, incorrect items and transit damage are handled under the issue policy below.
Return costs
Buyers pay return shipping for ordinary returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective, incorrect or damaged items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we cover the relevant shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually issued to the original PayPal account or payment card within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Contact us to cancel for a refund before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
